Conditions for accepting exchanges or returns:

1. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly ordered products, customers must report immediately to OligoX upon receiving the goods. 
2. The product is still within the return period (within 24 hours of receiving the goods).
3. The product includes all necessary documentation, certificates, and accompanying labels.
