Place your order online on the OligoX website or through email/hotline ordering at OligoX.
The OligoX sales department will receive the order, perform a check, provide a quoted price, and send a confirmation email.
Customers are kindly requested to make the payment immediately upon receiving the confirmation email or within 1 hour after placing the order.
OligoX's sales department will send a payment confirmation email and proceed with production according to the order requirements.
Note: Customers can cancel the order within 30 minutes after payment.
The delivery time is 3-5 days after the order is confirmed (varies depending on the delivery location).
Note: Excluding transportation time and holidays.
